Refunds & Cancellation

We endeavour to ensure that all transactions on our website are seamless, & you receive an impeccably made product from us, on time & every time.

 

A refund is possible only if the wrong product has been delivered, i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation, or if the order which has been delivered has a genuine manufacturing defect in it. in such an event, we will re-fulfill your order with the product which had been ordered, & has failed to be delivered.

 

No refunds will be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product or report a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect in the delivered product, please write to us at rajiv@zoeysallnatural.com within 24 hours of delivery, & share your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
